Information concerning the entry into force of the Agreement for the Termination of Bilateral Investment Treaties between the Member States of the European Union

The Agreement for the Termination of Bilateral Investment Treaties between the Member States of the European Union, signed at Brussels on 5 May 2020  ( 1 ) , will enter into force on 29 August 2020, in accordance with Article 16(1) of the Agreement.
