Information relating to the entry into force of the Agreement between the European Union and Ukraine on the carriage of freight by road

The Agreement between the European Union and the Ukraine on the carriage of freight by road  ( 1 ) , signed at Lyon on 29 June 2022, has entered into force on 5 December 2022, in accordance with Article 13(1) of the Agreement, the procedures necessary for the entry into force having been completed on 5 December 2022.
