Information concerning the entry into force of the Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Union, of the one part, and the Republic of Kenya, Member of the East African Community, of the other part

The Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Union, of the one part, and the Republic of Kenya, Member of the East African Community, of the other part ( 1 ) , enters into force on 1 July 2024, in accordance with Article 139(2) of the Agreement, as the Parties notified each other of the completion of their internal legal procedures on 30 May 2024.
