Notice concerning the date of entry into force of the Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreement between the European Union and the United States of America (ACSA)

The Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreement between the European Union and the United States of America ( 1 ) (ACSA), signed at Brussels on 6 December 2016, has entered into force on 6 December 2016, according to the Article X of the Agreement.
